This Stainless Steel Breast Mangle from Shots Steel does exactly what it says on the lid!

Made from polished steel, the two bars of the breast crushing vice are easily closed together with screw threads, clamping the breasts between them, making them firm for the teasing and torturing.

The steel is super smooth so will not scratch the skin, but you can change the temperature with water, to add some cold or hot torment to the boobs!
