We understand that delivery options are important, which is why we offer multiple choices to you. 

Whether it be Royal Mail, Next Day Courier services or Store click and collect it is our priority to deliver your parcel discreetly and timely.

Delivery costs and UK options

Royal Mail are often a law to themselves, and we are working with alternative couriers to give our customers the best options and delivery guarantees. Please check www.royalmail.com for latest news, disruptions, excuses!

Standard - 3 Working Days £4.95 or Free over £50.00
Express - 2 Working Days £6.50

For items that can only be delivered via a pallet, (see specific items) a standard charge of £50 per item will be implemented at checkout.

Cut off times

Please note that our daily cut off time for all Royal Mail orders is 2.30pm and for Next Day Courier delivery is 2.30pm.

Order collections are made Monday to Friday only.

Any orders placed after 2.30pm on a Friday, or at any time on a Saturday or Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday

This will be a Tuesday if the Monday falls on a Bank Holiday.  

 Parcels 

The size of your parcel will determine how we package your goods. 

All parcels will have a shipping label which will display your requested delivery name and address details and our return address: NNN Retail Ltd, Unit B1, Basement, The Hive WA1, 27-31 Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1SW.

Christmas Delivery Cut Off Dates

Wednesday 18th December - Standard Delivery (3-5 days)

Thursday 19th December - Express Delivery (2 days) 

Friday 20th December - Premium Delivery (1day) 

Please note that due to the time of year, the number of days are a guideline for delivery and not a guarantee. 

All orders are sent with tracking information which we would ask you to monitor over the run up to Christmas for your delivery. 

International delivery

We are very sorry, but we are currently unable to offer International Delivery.

Worried that people will know what you are buying? Please don't! Our parcels are super discreet, and everything is sent out in plain packaging with no reference to where you placed the order or what is inside.  

Choose from one of our three store locations for collection:

Warehouse - Unit B1, Basement, The Hive, 27-31 Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1SW

Please note that your order will come from our Warehouse and will take 2-3 working days to arrive at the shop.
